In December, 2001, Mr. Fannon co-founded Air Quality
Services, Inc. (AQS).
Mr. Fannon has been providing asbestos and lead-based paint
consulting services since 1989. Mr. Fannon has conducted numerous
inspections, material sampling, risk assessments and abatement
monitoring services, and prepared detailed reports and Operation
and Maintenance Plans.
Mr. Fannon has extensive experience with overall project management
of asbestos and lead-based paint abatement projects ensuring
contractor compliance with applicable regulations, performing air
on-site sample collection and laboratory analysis and preparing
closeout documentation. Mr. Fannon works closely with building owners and
facility managers in developing operations and maintenance plans to
protect workers and building occupants. He also performs EPA-AHERA 3 year
re-inspections of school facilities to assess the condition of
asbestos materials.
Mr. Fannon has surveyed over 3,000,000 square feet of floor space
for asbestos-containing materials in his 10 years as a licensed
Asbestos Inspector. Clients have included: the University of
Nebraska, local school districts, Grace University, the U. S.
Postal Service, Union Pacific Railroad, and the Department of
General Services Administration. |

Steve Hudson, CIE, OHST |

In December, 2001, Mr. Hudson co-founded Air Quality
Services, Inc. (AQS). Mr. Hudson is
responsible for the coordination and administration of company wide
indoor air quality (IAQ), lead based paint and industrial hygiene
services. Mr. Hudson has been providing
environmental and industrial hygiene consulting services since
1994. Mr. Hudson has performed hundreds of investigations for
the purpose of identifying and evaluating air quality hazards in
commercial and school facilities.
Typical environmental hazard assessments include occupant
interviews, visual inspections, risk assessments and sampling for
potential airborne hazards. Mr. Hudson
prepares detailed reports of findings and develops site specific
protocols for the abatement of environmental hazards. Mr. Hudson provides overall project management
during remedial efforts, including contractor oversight, regulatory
compliance, clearance evaluations and project
documentation. Mr. Hudson works closely with building owners and facility
managers in developing operations and maintenance plans to protect
workers and building occupants. Prior
to founding AQS, Mr. Hudson was the Sr. Project Manager responsible
for over 20 major environmental remediation projects in conjunction
with design / build construction projects for the US Corps of
Engineers. |

Steve Sycuro, CIE |

Mr. Sycuro joined Air Quality Services, Inc. (AQS) in 2003
with eleven years of Environmental and Building Sciences
experience. He has been responsible for
performing Phase I environmental assessments and on-site analysis
during asbestos abatement projects. As an environmental services
project manager, Mr. Sycuro is responsible for remediation project
oversight, air monitoring, building inspections, project
management, material sampling, risk assessments, report writing,
and development of site specific operational and maintenance plans
for asbestos, lead-based paint hazards, and indoor air quality
(IAQ).
Mr.
Sycuro’s primary responsibilities include conducting asbestos
assessments of commercial, industrial, health care, school, and
residential facilities. Typical
asbestos assessments include sampling, visual inspections, risk
assessments and sampling for potential airborne hazards. Mr. Sycuro prepares detailed reports of
findings and designs site specific protocols for the abatement of
asbestos hazards and interim controls.
Mr. Sycuro provides overall project management during remedial
efforts, including contractor oversight, regulatory compliance,
clearance evaluations and project documentation. Prior to employment at AQS, Mr. Sycuro was the
Project Manager responsible for over 1,500 environmental projects
in conjunction with property transfer projects for municipal and
commercial entities. Prior duties have included gathering historical and
regulatory information, collecting samples, performing site
inspections for environmental concerns and collecting samples for
asbestos, lead, fungal growth, lead-in-drinking-water and other
hazardous materials. He has also been
responsible for report preparation associated with environmental
assessment and asbestos consulting projects. |

Patrick Finigan, CIE |

Mr. Finigan joined Air Quality
Services, Inc. (AQS) in 2003 with over eight years of experience in
providing environmental consulting services. As an environmental services
project manager. Mr.
Finigan is responsible for remediation project oversight, air
monitoring, building inspections, project management, material
sampling, risk assessments, report writing, and development of site
specific operational and maintenance plans for asbestos, lead-based
paint hazards, and indoor air quality (IAQ) projects. Mr. Finigan’s primary responsibilities
include conducting asbestos and lead-based paint assessments of
commercial, industrial and residential facilities. Typical asbestos and lead hazard

for over 30 major environmental remediation projects in conjunction

maintenance plans to protect workers and building occupants. He has also performed
asbestos and lead hazard assessments at over 1,000 residential,
commercial, healthcare, industrial, and school
